Cladogram URI Shortening

The ability to use shortened URIs to access the DCG Cladogram was just added. E.g., to see the R1b-FGC46310 clade, it can now be accessed as https://dcg.genealogy.network/R1b-FGC46310, with NO closing slash; and the clade name MUST start with "R1b-". I hope this helps folks. The original URI format is still valid as well, e.g., https://dcg.genealogy.network/cladogram.xhtml?clade=R1b-FGC46310.
