Tim (Gwinn) McEvoy, one of the Forum admins, has published his paper on the Dál Cuinn on academia.edu:

Please read it as it presents a slightly more logical correlation between the Y-DNA and the genealogies with modern surnames than other articles published in the past year and half that focused exclusively on the Uí Briúin.
